What sets us apart from other installation companies (including British Gas) is our continued reluctance to sub contract labour. ALL our engineers are directly employed and regularly quality controlled and monitored. They have no incentive to rush your job in order to get onto the next in order to earn more money, maintaining the Heat Solutions values.

| Profile: | Terry, father of five (yes five), joined British Gas straight from school many years ago and undertook a five year gas engineering apprenticeship. These apprenticeships are widely regarded as second to none within the industry. His expertise is gas central heating systems, and in particular installation and design. He too is a keen Rugby fan supporting London Wasps and a keen music lover, specialising in 70s rock and roll (try giving him a question!). Everyone likes Terry, staff and customer alike, a mild manner, always willing to listen and never complains. |

| Profile: | Graham is another one of our technicians who joined British Gas straight from school when apprenticeships were just that. It was many years ago but Graham became a BG technician in 1988 some 18 years ago. He has worked for Worcester bosch also and now regularly receives calls for those difficult to diagnose faults, in particular on combis or condensing boilers. Always have the kettle on (a keen tea drinker; British Gas boys usually are!) and you are guaranteed correct, swift diagnosis and service second to none. |

| Profile: | Yes, another individual who joined British Gas from school again many years ago. Steve worked predominantly within the heating installation team and was always keen to learn. Courses he attended whilst employed with BG included, Kitchen installations; Tiling and Air conditioning and carrying them out for BG. Steve became lead engineer for the BG North London heating installation team and then became Operations manager before we enticed him away to join us. Extensive knowledge in a variety of fields allows Steve to assist customers with many, if not all, their requirements. |
